This conference will be of great interest to all persons involved in diocesan and parish ministries, including Pastors, Deacons, Lay Ecclesial Minsters and parish staff. The conference focuses on assisting individuals to be resilient in addressing key issues and challenges that routinely arise in their daily lives. The day will conclude in a plenary session which will include time for questions and answers.
